Mummy + Me Sessions

Designed specifically for postnatal women who want to rebuild strength, feel more confident, and do it with baby by their side.  Our supportive community helps women get back into exercises focusing on weaker areas such as improving posture, strengthening core and pelvic floor. 

Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, we’ll help you ease back into fitness safely and confidently.
