Keep Fit Studios was founded by Kayleigh with a mission to create a welcoming, supportive space where anyone can improve their health, fitness, and confidence. She understands that many people struggle with knowing what to do in the gym or finding time to train, so she built a community-driven space that offers structure, accountability, and expert guidance.
With years of experience as a personal trainer, Kayleigh has helped countless clients achieve their goals, from fat loss and muscle gain to building strength and improving overall well-being. Her approach goes beyond just workouts—she ensures every client feels empowered, educated, and supported throughout their journey.
Kayleigh’s passion for helping people transform their lives shines through in every session. Sarah - Coach
Sophie from Coach Me Sophie is a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher specialising in Hatha and Yin Yoga, offering trauma-informed and neurodiversity-informed practice.
Since 2025, she has been teaching at Keep Fit Studios, creating supportive spaces where women can safely reconnect with their bodies while building strength, mobility, and confidence in movement.
She is also a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Deep Tissue Massage Practitioner, and life coach, currently completing an HNC in Counselling alongside training as a Personal Trainer.
Sophie works with women who may feel unsure, shy, or disconnected from their bodies, meeting them with understanding and compassion. Her approach focuses on the mind–body connection, supporting both physical progress and lasting internal change. She helps clients develop greater body awareness, trust, and confidence through movement.

I love helping women get stronger, feel more confident, and realise just how much they’re capable of.
My fitness journey started with strength training, before I accidentally fell in love with boxing. I stepped into the ring three years ago and haven’t looked back since. Now I get to combine both passions by helping others build strength and confidence through training and boxing. 💪✨
